Sweet and Savory Ribs

My British girlfriend Sasha and I made these a few weekends ago at her place. We all loved them so much, I couldn't wait to get home and make them again for my family.
This has to be one of the easiest rib recipes you will find, (and I think one of the tastiest!!!)
It's kinda "sweet and savory" mixture of flavors is way yummy!

( Ohh ....and we loved dipping our warm bread in the sauce and also serving it over our homade mashed potatoes!)
Delish!

Sweet and Savory Ribs

Pork Ribs ( 1 kilo ) (about 1- 2 pounds) or however many you want really. ( just make more or less of the sauce based on the amount of ribs you use.)
Molases ( in Spain, Cana de Miel) 1 small jar ( 400 grams)
Soy sauce ( use 1/2 the amount of molasses)
5 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Put olive oil and salt over ribs, stir gently, and bake ribs on very low heat ( covered) on about 150 degrees ( 100 C) for about 1- 1 1/2 hr (for tenderness.)
Turn up the heart to 180 degrees ( 200 C) and bake an additional 20-30 min ( aprox) or untill cooked.
When the ribs are completely cooked, mix molasses, soy, and sesame seeds together, and pour over ribs. Stir gently. Bake about 15 minutes more.
Serve ribs with the sauce. (You can also pour the sauce over mashed potatoes, etc..)

Love,
jenny
