John and I were given the treat to attend "Family Life Weekend To Remember," from our mission East West this weekend. Nonnie came from Kansas to watch the kiddos for us! When Nonnie is here, we always have so much fun. Our whole family enjoys so many things about her. A favorite is her yummy cooking. She always says so sweetly "It blesses my heart to cook for your family, they really know how to sit up and eat!" (I think this time the way the boys each put down third and fourth servings at each meal, must have really blessed her!) She cooked one of a the many family favorites this time, her "Chicken and Noodles."
Also when Nonnie is here, another thing she often does is brings fun activities to do. This time, together, she and the kiddos colored their own pillow cases. She said she had just as much fun coloring as they did...It was fun to watch..
Thank you Nonnie for loving on us.... We love you! Nonnie and Arian are now on their way to the lake house in Missouri. The three little people and Jb and I will join them on friday...
