This is my all time favorite quiche recipe! It is my Kylie's ( from Australia) Mom's recipe. Iis the most delicious, versitle, economical, easy, and (crustless too!) quiche I think I have ever made. A real staple in our house. It is great to serve for company, to taking to the ballgame, a picnic, or easy Sunday dinner.
Another beauty in this recipe is that you can literally add almost anything to it ( I have even drained my homade Chicken Tortilla Soup and made a "Southwest version.")
A few of our favorite combinations are: Ham & Swiss, Turkey & cheddar, Ham & feta cheese, Bacon, onion, and cheese, Zuchini & Bacon , Ham & Mushroom, Broccoli & cheese, Asparagas & Ham, Veggies, Bell peppers etc... You can create almost anything!
