We have been enjoying Nature Journaling here at home. The kids keep a journal and we gather, see, or observe things that are in nature. Then we draw and write about them. Last week, Aden was journaling about the Magnolia tree in our front yard. ( My sweet Grandma planted this tree over 35 years ago,) so it is a special piece of nature on so many levels. As he was journaling, he had two visitors come and visit.
Rose just wanted some love..
Izzi, well, perhaps she was longing for somtething else....Mabey the thrill of the hunt ie: chasing squirels in the yard!
We all have our own perspective on nature, don't we?
