Love This....

      This was sent to me not long ago. I personally love it. Think it should be: enforced state-wide, and that  it is pathetic that we actually have to remind people to get fully dressed to go out in public!

To me, its like a total slap in the face of disrespect for those who "Sag." I will be grateful when this trend is over! Mabey this is a sign that I really am 40!
